The Philadelphia Experiment

The Philadelhia Experiment is about a time when the U.S government made a time machine. (More like a teleporter to me) They used the Tesla Coil and many of Albert Einsteins ideas. They would send animals in a ship across the country in a flash then they would appear soon after departure. But they had problems the animals would never return normal.     Woh that is crazy. I wish we had something like that in our modern day and then i could travel anywhere in the world in a flash it would be fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The Philadelphia experiment, or project rainbow seems highly impossible to me.
